Henrik received his master's degree in Applied Physics from Linköping University (Sweden) in June 2021. In his master's project he modelled and analyzed high power impulse magnetron sputtering discharges with graphite target. After graduation, Henrik worked on the characterization of semiconductor materials for SweGaN AB, which sparked his interest in materials science. Henrik took the step to electron microscopy because he enjoys the mix of experimental work and modern visualization techniques.

During his PhD Henrik will be working on catalytic nanoclusters at Empa's electron microscopy center in Dübendorf. Welcome!
